A 0→1 startup product where I was the sole designer and wrote the frontend. I helped define the app's major flows, and built the React design system along the way so the product could scale.
I was the main designer on three internal data platforms for 300+ users. I also took the initiative to run user research on the design system's input controls, and the findings were built back into it across the organization.
An AI-guided troubleshooting experience that walks people through fixing a home appliance. It won the iF Design Award, Red Dot and NY Product Design Awards.
As one of the designers, I ran user research and contributed to the intranet navigation and homepage redesign for 75,000+ MTA employees. It launched in 2023.
